The Chauvin Arnoux (Metrix) MTX 3297Ex is the ideal TRMS digital multimeter for your electrical measurement work in explosive Ex zones (intrinsically safe, ATEX) such as in mines, in the presence of gas, or in the presence of explosive dust.
The MTX 3297Ex is approved and certified for the highest levels of risk. It is an exceptional multimeter which meets the strictest requirements and is IP67 rated (liquid and dust-proofing).
It is a high-performance industrial multimeter compliant with the IEC 61010-2-033 standard for work on 1000 V CAT III / 600 V CAT IV electrical installations.
